The Pastoral Residency Program is an introduction to pastoral ministry at Grace Church. Its purpose is to experience many opportunities to minister within the local church (preaching, discipleship, leadership development, mid-size group teaching, music, administration, et cetera). For the first year, the Resident will also work through the Church Residency program to ensure ministry alignment and practice. After the first year, the position moves to one of campus pastor.
